Who = person

Who cooked dinner?
Subject questions are about the person or thing that performs the action.
What did that?
What did you see?
Who left that?
Object questions are about a person or thing that is acted upon or receives attention
What did you find?
What is that?
What are you looking at?
Object questions need an object answer. These are the most common type of questions.
DOES/DO
We use DO/DOES for you yes no questions.
Do you speak English?
Do they have class?
Does that Brazilian guy speak Portuguese?

For present simple questions the auxiliary verbs are do and does
Do you like vegan food?
Do they go swimming every week?
Does she sell wallpaper?
Does he code?
Past simple questions use ‘did’

‘Do’ can be an action verb or an auxiliary verb
